Task Hub Support
Need help with Task Hub? Here are the fastest ways to get support.
Contact Support
Email: twentytwo.studio.apps@gmail.com
We read every message. Including your iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened helps us answer faster.
Send Feedback
Inside Task Hub, open the ⋯ menu on Home, choose Support, then tap Send Feedback. This opens your email app with a message addressed to us and the app version already filled in. It never includes your tasks or notes — add whatever details you like before sending.
Purchases
Task Hub is unlocked with an App Store purchase: a Monthly or Annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed and managed by Apple.
- Restore Purchases is available on the Task Hub start screen and under Home ⋯ › Subscription. Use it after reinstalling or switching to a new iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from Home ⋯ › Subscription › Manage Subscription inside Task Hub.
- Task Hub cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you; only Apple's Subscriptions screen can do that.
Common Questions
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. Task Hub keeps your tasks, projects, attachments and settings in local storage on the device. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Does Task Hub sync with iCloud?
Not in version 1.0. iCloud sync is on our roadmap; until it ships, Task Hub is a single-device app.
I deleted the app. Can you restore my tasks?
Unfortunately no. Task Hub 1.0 has no server copy and no CloudKit backup, so deleting the app can permanently remove its data. If you have a full iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) from before the deletion, restoring that backup is the only way to get the data back. Please don't delete Task Hub to "fix" a problem — email us first.
How do I restore a purchase?
Tap Restore Purchases on the start screen or under Home ⋯ › Subscription. Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I cancel Monthly or Annual?
Open iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Task Hub, or use Manage Subscription inside Task Hub, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for (or until the free trial ends).
I purchased Lifetime while on a trial. What should I do?
Your Lifetime access is active and never expires. However, the free trial or subscription you started earlier is managed by Apple and will still renew unless you cancel it. Open Manage Subscription (Task Hub shows a reminder for this) and cancel the subscription so you aren't billed for something you no longer need. Cancelling it does not affect Lifetime access.
Is Task Hub free during TestFlight?
Yes. In TestFlight builds, purchases go through Apple's sandbox, so testers are never charged, and trials and subscriptions run on shortened test timers.
How do I report a bug?
Use Send Feedback inside the app, or email twentytwo.studio.apps@gmail.com. Screenshots and the steps that led to the problem are very helpful.
